Buena Vista Urgent Care One-Stop Solution

Construction of the Buena Vista Urgent Care in Orlando, Florida is complete. The project team included construction manager Stevens Construction and architect of record Baker Barrios.

The project scope included complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing 6,700-square-foot building, which houses the primary and urgent care facility. Open 365 days a year, Buena Vista Urgent Care includes nine exam rooms, a minor procedure room, nurse station and associated support services. A one-stop solution for patients, Buena Vista Urgent Care also has X-ray, in-house pharmacy and a blood laboratory.

The team added interior elements such as linear ceilings, a soothing water feature, walnut paneling, textiles and decorative decals. An exterior refresh included a new roof, stucco finish, aluminum storefront, stone and Italian rosewood siding.
