Beth Melchi has been named director of business development for the National Healthcare sector at The Boldt Company. In her new role, Melchi will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing healthcare clients nationwide and developing new or enhanced opportunities for growth in this sector.
Melchi comes to Boldt with more than 30 years of operational experience in healthcare where she led complex construction projects for several major healthcare systems in Indiana. Most recently, Melchi served as vice president of operations for Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. In her position, she was responsible for multiple campus buildings and was the lead executive overseeing construction renovation for operating rooms, upgrading imaging, updating commons areas and other facility projects.
