Lively Joins Schmidt Associates as Business Development Manager for Healthcare Studio

Architecture and engineering firm Schmidt Associates welcomes Janet Lively, CPSM, as an associate and business development manager in its Louisville, Kentucky office.

With more than 25 years of business development, client relationship and marketing experience, Lively fuses practical experience with a strategic, big-picture approach to provide tangible value to clients and partners.

Her career has spanned the industries of architecture, engineering, multi-family and residential real estate development, marketing and management. She most recently served as vice president of marketing and business development at GC Schaefer. She also sits on the board of directors for the Norton Healthcare Foundation and GLI Health Enterprises Network and the board of trustees for the Society for Marketing Professional Services Foundation.

In January, Schmidt Associates merged with Louisville design and planning firm Arrasmith, Judd, Rapp, Chovan, now known as Arrasmith, a Schmidt Associates Company. Lively will work closely with this Kentucky team across the firm’s six design studios, including Healthcare.
