Regis Gaughan, P.E., joins Burns as director of Healthcare. Gaughan is an industry leader in planning and design, and is widely respected by medical and life sciences clients across the United States, Asia and the Middle East. 
He specializes in inclusive and engaging processes, convening project stakeholders and expert partners to deliver on clients’ design objectives and priorities.
Throughout his 40-year career, Gaughan has completed capital projects for institutions including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Columbia University Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Virtua Health System, Shriners Hospital for Children, Northwell Health, University of Maryland Medical System and UPMC Williamsport.
