After closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and consulting community partners and supporters, the team behind the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference has officially canceled the event, scheduled for Nov. 7-10.
Recent developments have made it impossible to bring the community together safely and successfully. This is due to the ongoing progression of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S., including the latest government data, measures and guidelines on the phased reopening plans in the U.S.; restrictions on congregating and large gatherings imposed by states and other government and public health authorities and the various company-imposed travel restrictions on employees, affecting attendees and participating companies.
Since meeting in person is not possible, HCD Expo & Conference is in the midst of planning a virtual conference. Set for Nov. 9-12, the online event will offer a range of CEU-accredited sessions on critical and top-of-mind topics, many of which were planned for the live show. More details will be announced soon and updated regularly at HCDexpo.com.
Healthcare Design Expo & Conference 2021 is scheduled for Oct. 23-26, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio.
