Industry veteran Joe Bolano has been promoted to managing director of Colliers Project Leaders | USA’s New York City practice. In this expanded role, Bolano will assume a pivotal leadership position focused on continuing to grow the Project Leaders USA footprint in the NYC metro area. In addition to providing operational leadership for the NYC office, Bolano will continue to lead the 
firm’s healthcare practice across the Northeast region.
Bolano brings a proven track record of successful and long-standing client relationships in the New York-area construction and real estate market. Previously, he was regional director of healthcare and life sciences, overseeing the growth of Colliers Project Leader’s healthcare sector in New England, the NYC metro area and the Mid-Atlantic.
