Paul Stefanski will be taking over as healthcare studio director for Eppstein Uhen Architects.
Previous Healthcare Studio Director Kristin Dufek will provide oversight through this conversion as she focuses on her core executive leadership role as vice president of EUA, a promotion dating back to fall 2015. Moving forward, Stefanski will be able to make a larger impact on the internal team, and Dufek will have increased
availability for client engagement supporting the firm’s goal of providing positive client experiences.
In his role as healthcare studio director, Stefanski’s influence will increase on EUA’s healthcare work, as he shares his knowledge, expertise and planning emphasis with EUA team members, as well as additional healthcare clients. Since Dufek’s advancement to the VP role and dual focus, this allows a full-time dedicated studio director to focus on healthcare studio member needs. Allowing for more direct focus within their respective areas, Stefanski and Dufek will continue to identify external and internal talent, to grow leadership within the studio and firm.
