With more than 210 years of combined experience, this team has a proven track record of working on some of the country’s most high-profile projects in the healthcare, life sciences, research, and laboratory space. The team has recently been awarded several new national assignments for both project management and Lean consulting services.

Selmser has held senior positions in project and construction management groups, overseeing national accounts. During his career, he has been responsible for a total of $3 billion of healthcare assets. Donnelly has been responsible for a real estate portfolio consisting of more than 25 properties. Harrison’s background includes overseeing multiple teams across seven healthcare campuses for a total of $2.2 billion. His teams were responsible for managing all aspects of a construction project from preconstruction to close-out/activation, as well as the master planning effort for some projects.
