The Beck Group is expanding its healthcare planning and architecture practice in Denver, Colorado and has recently named Mark Johnson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, regional director of healthcare.
Along the Colorado Front Range, hospitals and healthcare facilities — both new builds and expansions — increased at a more rapid pace than other major 
markets in the U.S. As a result of the strong market, there is a need for quality planning, programming and implementation services and expertise for healthcare systems.
With 38 years of experience, Johnson brings a passion for patient-centered care. He uses Planetree-based planning and design to deliver efficient, value-based and effective hospitals. Johnson specializes in creative planning and design delivery of rural and community hospitals and urban health campuses. He earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado.
