Charley Reed, AIA, and Esperanza Harper, EDAC, Six Sigma GB, join LS3P’s Healthcare team.
As a senior project architect, Reed brings over 35 years of experience in conceptual design, planning and project management for complex, large-scale healthcare projects across the Southeast. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Architecture, Reed has worked extensively with large healthcare systems to design and deliver projects from the first kick-off meeting through the completion of construction. A long-time resident of the Charlotte area, Reed is based in LS3P’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.
As a healthcare planner, design researcher and Lean design practitioner, Harper brings a passion for designing environments for healing and a process that is patient-centered, caregiver sensitive and highly efficient. She is also a regular conference speaker at events nationwide, and was among the first in the country to achieve Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification. With a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Tufts University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, Harper is based in LS3P’s Raleigh, North Carolina office.
