Hammes Company Promotes Southeast Team Members to Meet Growing Market Demand

Hammes Company has promoted two experienced Southeast team members to meet the growing demand in the Florida marketplace. Keith Munson has been named vice president and Edwige Clark has been named senior project executive.

Keith Munson has more than 13 years of healthcare project management and commercial project management experience. He provides the senior leadership for healthcare planning and development within central Florida and other Southeast areas. In his new role as vice president, Munson will continue to build trusting relationships with clients and team members, drawing on his strong understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle and experience in integrating teams to deliver successful projects. Among his project oversight, Munson is overseeing the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute in Tampa’s downtown district and the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System 90-bed greenfield hospital in Venice, Florida. Munson has been associated with Hammes since December 2015 and served previously as senior consultant for an international real estate firm leading healthcare projects and teams throughout the Southeast.

As senior project executive, Edwige Clark brings discipline in managing both large and small healthcare projects across South Florida, including hospital campus expansion and renovation projects. With more than 13 years of experience as a contractor and hospital project manager, he is known for strengths in construction management, logistics management, facilities coordination and project controls management. Clark has managed more than $1.2 billion in healthcare projects, including Miami Children’s Hospital APCP bed tower expansion and the Marcus Neuroscience Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, both in Florida. He recently completed service-enhancing endoscopy and MRI renovations at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach to install new imaging equipment and is providing leadership in planning strategic renovation projects at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Clark is a certified general contractor and LEED AP. Among Clark’s awards and achievements, he has been named among South Florida’s 40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, and Top 20 Under 40 Young Haitian American Professionals in South Florida.
