Renée Burnham has joined Gresham, Smith and Partners’ Healthcare practice as a senior data and research specialist in the Nashville, Tennessee office. An industry veteran of 22 years, Burnham will draw on her business development and market research experience to create practical, useable insights and analyses that elevate GS&P’s value-based design approach.

“Renée brings extensive experience in transforming information into key insights. Her knowledge and expertise will be an enormous asset to our team as we continue providing value-added planning and design solutions for our clients,” commented James Bearden, AIA, executive vice president of Healthcare, Gresham, Smith and Partners. “I’m excited to welcome Renée to GS&P and look forward to the ways she will enhance our Healthcare practice.”

“Healthcare is undergoing a major shift due to the regulatory landscape, technological innovation and ongoing increases in the cost of care. Never have the demands to prove value been so high,” commented Burnham. “I am delighted to join GS&P and look forward to using research to inform strategy and optimize design, ultimately supplementing our value-added model.”

Burnham joins GS&P from Envision Healthcare where she analyzed the provider landscape and pioneered a method of interpreting the national provider ecosystem. She is a graduate of Lipscomb University where she earned a Master of Business Administration. Burnham earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University.
