Stantec has three key hires in its Lynwood, Washington office that are supporting the firm’s Pacific Northwest clients in mechanical engineering and technology design. Throughout their careers, each have had, and will continue to have, a heavy focus on healthcare projects and clients.
Vince Rolle joined as principal in its Information Communication Technology practice. He has 20 years of ICT, healthcare and project and program management
experience. He comes to the firm after 10 years at the director level for a healthcare organization in the Puget Sound region.
Finn Jakobsen has joined as mechanical engineering project manager. He has more than 33 years of experience with both new and remodeled healthcare, laboratory, higher education and research facilities. He also brings a deep understanding of feasibility studies and
cost estimating, and has experience with design of geothermal heating/cooling systems to aid in the LEED certification process.
Norm Brown, a 37-year mechanical engineering veteran, joined as a senior mechanical engineer. Among his many career achievements,
Brown was mechanical principal on the Swedish Issaquah Medical Center project, one of the top energy-performing hospitals in the nation and winner of the 2013 ASHE Vista Award for Infrastructure. Stantec’s
electrical engineers worked with Brown on that project, and many others.
