Two Micro-Hospitals Open in Nevada

Two micro-hospitals, referred to as neighborhood hospitals by owners Dignity Health and Emerus, have recently opened in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project team for both companies included PhiloWilke Partnership and SR Construction.

The North Las Vegas Campus Neighborhood Hospital was the first to be built in the state. The three-story building is approximately 58,600 square feet and houses a licensed hospital on the first floor. In addition to patient rooms, the hospital has a diagnostic imaging suite, lab, inpatient waiting room and space for primary care and specialty physicians in addition to a wellness center.

The Blue Diamond Campus Neighborhood Hospital is 27,000 square feet and mirrors a similar layout housing a licensed hospital on the first floor. In addition to patient rooms, the hospital has a diagnostic imaging suite, lab, inpatient waiting room and space for primary care and specialty physicians. A wellness center is located on the second floor.
