Via Christi Clinic to Expand Derby Presence

Via Christi Clinic will be expanding its long-time presence in Derby, Kansas, once construction of the nearly 15,000-square-foot facility on the northwest corner of Tall Tree Road and Newberry Street, is complete this fall.

Located just off of a rapidly developing section of Rock Road, the new clinic will integrate primary care and physical therapy and allow Via Christi Clinic to go from four family medicine and pediatric providers to eight.

MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate, LLC, is the developer-owner for the $5-million, build-to-suit facility, for which Via Christi has signed a long-term lease. The clinic’s 2.1-acre site offers room for future expansion should it be needed.

Eby Construction is the contractor for the project, and Howard and Helmer is the architect.
