AP Construction to Complete Major Addition, Renovation Project at Coryell Memorial

RICHARDSON, Tex. – Adolfson & Peterson Construction was recently selected to complete a major addition and renovation project at Coryell Memorial Hospital in Gatesville, Texas.

Designed by Hale Architecture, this project includes approximately 117,000 square feet of additions and renovations. The hospital will remain fully operational during the project, which will add the following components: new surgery, materials management, 25 bed units, administration and a 16-bed physical rehabilitation wing, as well as a new central plant (chillers, boilers, etc.). Renovations include areas for pharmacy, reference lab, offices and 33 assisted living units.

Construction will commence in September 2016 with final completion scheduled for May 2018.
