DENVER, Colo. – National Healthcare Development has hired John Patnode as managing director of design & construction. In this role, Patnode will oversee all design and construction efforts for the firm’s post-acute and senior housing division.
Patnode holds a degree in interior design, and is a licensed general contractor. He began his career in the Southwest where he practiced professionally for over 20 years before leveraging his experience into national senior housing projects.
Prior to joining National Healthcare Development, he was the managing director of design & construction for New Dawn Memory Care, a private national senior housing operator. He will be based in the in the firm’s Scottsdale, Arizona office.
