The Korte Company welcomes Christopher Gilliam, who will serve as vice president of healthcare. With more than 25 years of construction supervision and project management experience, Gilliam has overseen a wide range of for profit and not-for-profit large-scale healthcare projects across the U.S.
For the past 25 years, he has served in leadership roles for Lend Lease, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with healthcare owners, overseeing its healthcare construction projects and growing its healthcare construction business. Gilliam has more than 300 projects completed under his leadership and direction, totaling over $2.5 billion in design and construction.
Gilliam has a proven track record of coordinating and assigning personnel, providing technical resources support and monitoring documentation, project controls and quality control guidelines. One of his most important functions is serving as liaison between all project parties to guarantee communication remains open throughout construction and all parties are aware of all project developments.
