BALTIMORE, Md. – Nicholas Raico has recently joined Gilbane Building Company’s mid-Atlantic construction operations as a senior project executive in healthcare.
He brings to the position 25 years of healthcare building experience and strong relationships with regional healthcare clients and subcontractors. His client portfolio includes INOVA, Kaiser, MedStar, Hopkins and others. He spent the last 13 years focused on growing his former employer’s healthcare sector to achieve the $100-million milestone.
Raico holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of American Society for Healthcare Engineering, as well as Chesapeake Society of Healthcare Engineering.
