Hugh Campbell was recently hired to join the Healthcare team at CollinsWoerman. His 35-year career has afforded him an incredible depth of expertise in designing and planning for hospitals, specialty care centers, research and outpatient facilities and more. He carries a Six Sigma Green Belt and possesses a background rich in Lean design experience and strategic methodology. Noteworthy among his credits is his tenure as chief of architecture and engineering for the New York City Department of Health.
At CollinsWoerman, Campbell will bring his talents to bear on a new set of challenges and high visibility healthcare projects, adding to his list of successes, which include the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Illinois, the Children’s Hospital Colorado and the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, California. His work in the Northwest includes the Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital and the Surgery Expansion for Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, among other notable projects.
A seasoned public speaker, Campbell has been featured at conferences sponsored by the Center for Healthcare Design, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, the International Quality and Productivity Center and the American Institute for Architects.
