Cortney Asberry has been added to CallisonRTKL’s Operational Excellence Group as an associate vice president in the Dallas, Texas office. Asberry brings an extensive background in process improvement, clinical nursing and healthcare operations.

Asberry is a certified and experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She comes to CallisonRTKL from Cook Children’s Health Care System where she was the director of process improvement and responsible for leading a team of specialists to implement improvements in operational efficiency, patient and physician satisfaction and quality of care throughout the healthcare system. She also has experience with the interrelationships of support care, such as pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and therapies, in conjunction with nursing and direct patient care.
