    Larry Lacombe Promoted to VP of Program Management and Facilities Compliance

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Larry Lacombe has recently been promoted to vice president of program development and facilities compliance with Medxcel Facilities Management. Dec15_MCDeNews_People_Larry LacombeIn this role, Lacombe will provide operational program development, regulatory compliance, health assessment management and formal facility management operating system methods. He will lead the teams that implement and provide support for consistent policies, processes, procedures and protocols.

    Lacombe has nearly 35 years of experience in facility compliance, management, engineering and maintenance. Previously, he held the role of national director, program management for Medxcel Facilities Management in which he created the facility management operating system, current state health assessment and startup protocols for facility operations. Prior to joining Medxcel Facilities Management, Lacombe owned Facility Compliance Solutions, LLC, providing consulting services for regulatory compliance, survey readiness and facility operations for healthcare organizations.

    Lacombe is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager and a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, National Fire Protection Association and the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
