WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich., and WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC recently unveiled the almost $460,000 exterior and interior renovations at Beaumont Medical Center, 6900 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan.The three-story, 150,000-square-foot medical center offers a wide range of multidiscipline medical services, and the improvements were aimed at maintaining the facility as a premiere, Class A MOB.
The enhancements to the facility included refreshing all common areas with new carpeted hallways and stone flooring in the lobby; upgrades to all common area bathrooms; improved aesthetics to all elevator lobbies and elevators and an enhanced entrance and reception area. Exterior renovations included upgraded landscaping and repaving of the parking areas.
The architect for the project was Neumann Smith Architecture and the construction manager was KIRCO MANIX Construction.
Beaumont Medical Center offers a wide range of healthcare services for patients in the area including an outpatient surgery center; radiology (MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound); laboratory services; adult physical and occupational therapy; nuclear medicine; comprehensive breast care; children’s rehabilitation; cardiology diagnostics and an urgent care center with extended hours, among others.
