San Juan Capestrano Hospital Addition and Renovations Complete, New Addition Underway
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group, LLC marked the completion of a $4-million addition and renovations project at San Juan Capestrano Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico in August 2014. The project was completed in a six-month time span.
The 11,000-square-foot addition and renovations added 24 beds to the behavioral health facility. The project includes a gymnasium and infrastructure upgrades, designed to accentuate the facility’s environment of care and protection for patients affected by mental health conditions and addictions. Construction on a 2-story, 40-bed addition is underway and will be completed in July 2015.
Serving as general contractor, DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group teamed with David E. Johnson Architect on this project for Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc.
