DALLAS, Texas — Interprise Design recently acquired Lee Design Group. Interprise will leverage this acquisition to expand its services in architecture design, while continuing to enhance its interior design capabilities. Lee Design Group specialized in healthcare, corporate, retail, hospitality/senior living and retail design, all areas in which Interprise also plans to grow.
By way of the transaction, Lee Design Group Founder Dan Lee joined Interprise as vice president of architecture and business development. Along with Interprise President and CEO Carey Austin, and additional leaders new to the firm, Lee will help the firm build on its strong, 32-year foundation while expanding full-design services.
Lee is an architect and interior designer with more than 25 years of experience in the design industry, including numerous award-winning projects. Lee launched Lee Design Group in 2010, and with his team he provided architecture, interior design, medical planning and design consulting services for acute care, ambulatory care, medical office buildings, specialty hospitals and senior living environments. Lee also is a founding member of the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers where he served as the national president for five years.
