The Center for Health Design Launches Research Advisory Services

CONCORD, Calif. —  The Center for Health Design recently launched its Research Advisory Services to address the industry’s growing research needs. This new service allows healthcare organizations, the design industry and product manufacturers access to vast resources and a top-notch research team.  Supporting the community with a full set of services, from simple project requests to customized research studies inclusive of strategy, methodology and implementation to predict possible outcomes, CHD’s Research Advisory Services can be utilized for any healthcare facility planning and design initiatives.

Incorporating research into projects adds credibility and provides a competitive edge to professionals who aim to determine the potential and actual impact of planned capital investments in facility design, optimize the healthcare experience, drive patient and performance value and deliver on critical healthcare performance measurements.

“Many organizations do not have the staff or research expertise readily available to them in-house and, as a result, wonder how to structure, interpret and implement research into their projects”, said Debra Levin, EDAC, president and CEO, The Center for Health Design. “With the expansion of both our research team and the services provided, CHD is now a one-stop resource that can provide organizations with quick and timely research focused on their specific needs—from actually doing small research projects to providing literature reviews, writing of white papers and research proposals, along with research training, custom tool development and more. Collaboration is an important element of our mission and this is one more way we can work directly with an organization as a critical strategic partner to provide tools and resources that help plan, design and measure successful healthcare facility design projects.”
