CHICAGO, Ill. – The Healthcare Practice Group of RTKL has enhanced its core team of experts in the Chicago, Illinois office. With expertise ranging from award-winning hospital architecture and interiors, oncology centers and ambulatory care centers to healthcare facility planning, Lean methodologies and sustainable design, the collaborative team will be dedicated to helping clients solve complex challenges and deliver creative solutions for better-performing, cost-effective healthcare facilities that create healing environments and improve patient outcomes.

The multidisciplinary team includes:
Sandy Faurot, AIA, ACHA (vice president) – Project delivery design expert; specialties include complex interior remodeling, campuses and replacement facility design and programming.
Dan White, AIA, LEED AP (vice president) – Oncology center design expert; specialties include facility planning and implementation, in addition to developing and maintaining key client relationships.
Margi Kaminski, ASID, NCIDQ (senior associate vice president) – Award-winning planning and interior design expert for sustainable healthcare facilities.
Steve Stokes, LEED GA (senior associate vice president) – Comprehensive healthcare design expert and design leader for the Chicago studio; specialties include conceptual design, building design and master planning.
Brent Hussong, AIA (associate vice president) – Healthcare facility planning and programming expert; specialties include interventional platforms, ED departments and campus renovations (not pictured in team photo).
Andy Lane, LEED AP, LEAN, NCARB (associate vice president) – Six Sigma Yellow Belt healthcare design expert with a certification in Lean methodologies and best practices and Midwest regional business development leader for the Chicago studio.
Yong Yun, LEED GA (associate vice president) – Experienced project manager for healthcare facilities; specialties include master planning, programming and managing ambulatory care centers, healthcare campuses and replacement facilities.
