DALLAS, Texas — Rudolph Santacroce PE, CSSBB, PMP, DSHS has joined RTKL Dallas, Texas as a vice president. With over 20 years of engineering, Lean and Six-Sigma process improvement expertise, Santacroce is a recognized author and leader in the healthcare industry.

Santacroce joins RTKL from CHRISTUS Health where he worked as a system director specializing in performance effectiveness. He has experience in planning and implementing methodologies to improve the operational and financial performance of healthcare organizations. More specifically, Santacroce has countless expertise in increasing operating room efficiency, reducing emergency department door-to-provider time and decreasing patient length of stay.
