MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — HGA Architects and Engineers has hired Ehsan Dehbashi as an Energy & Infrastructure principal in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
He will direct new business development and overall project management of central/district energy systems, energy master planning, on-site campus/building energy infrastructure systems, energy audits, commissioning and renewable energy opportunities nationally.
Dehbashi has expertise in urban district/central energy master planning, cogeneration project development, economic investment grade analysis, thermal distribution network modeling and optimization, district heating and cooling rate development, project management and marketing and due diligence services.
Before joining HGA, he served in leadership positions with COWI North America Energy, Chevron Energy Solutions, FVB Energy-Minneapolis, and Trigen Energy-Boston and Philadelphia (Veolia Energy), Hartford Steam Company (DCO Energy) and Noresco.
Dehbashi has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in general management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science in industrial management from Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Marietta College.
