Caddis Partners Names Jason Hinkel as Regional Director of Development

ATLANTA, Ga. and DALLAS, Texas — Healthcare real estate firm Caddis Partners LLC has named industry veteran Jason Hinkel as regional director of development. Hinkel’s role will be to lead and expand Dallas, Texas-based Caddis Partner’s development activities in the Southeast Region. He joined the privately held firm in mid-April and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

The addition of Hinkel to the Atlanta area comes just after Caddis Partners acquired the 30,578-square-foot Piedmont Healthcare-anchored Phoenix Medical Center in the Atlanta suburb of College Park, Georgia, and won third-party property management contracts for eight other assets in the region spanning 309,154 square feet.

Hinkel’s past experience includes healthcare development and operations throughout the Southeast region with firms including Cogdell Spencer Advisors, Duke Realty and Flagship Capital Partners.
