Call for Presentation Proposals for CleanMed 2014 Deadline Extended

Practice Greenhealth and Health Care Without Harm are having a open call for CleanMed 2014 presentation proposals and are urging thought leaders in the field of sustainability to submit ideas. The deadline has been recently extended to 5 p.m. EDT Friday, Oct. 11.

Topics include, but not limited to:

• Energy/climate
• Safer materials/chemicals
• Green building
• Waste management

The selection committee is interested in receiving proposals for content presented in a unique and/or creative way, while providing new or different solutions, skill building, group problem solving sessions, and/or new methods of practice. Preference will be given to proposals that involve a hospital partner. Engaging, interactive and innovative presentation styles will receive preferential review. The subject matter must be of sufficient scope to meet continuing education objectives and deliver specific skills to be attained.
