CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. has expanded its Charlotte, N.C. office to meet the growing demands of clients and increased project activity in the market. The team will continue branching out into new sectors and practice areas, including healthcare project work and facilities management consulting and commissioning services. As part of the expansion, the company recently moved into a new upgraded facility.

The local healthcare industry is especially primed for growth as Charlotte and surrounding area facilities continue to focus on implementing technology upgrades and improving patient experience.

The Syska Charlotte office boasts a number of key experts, including the following practice leaders: Marcus Hassen, P.E., critical facilities practice leader; Alex Myers, P.E., healthcare practice leader and Scott Blackman, commissioning practice leader.

“This is an ideal time for Syska to expand in the Charlotte market,” said Chris Walsh, vice president for the Syska Hennessy Group Charlotte office. “As the economy continues to recover, businesses are now expecting engineering companies to return to the kind of services they were receiving prior to the recession. In addition, our growing team of technical experts and expanding range of clients drove us to build this new, expanded workspace.”
