TAYLOR has added two new leaders to its San Francisco, Calif. office, Project Directors Kevin Hinrichs and Eric Peabody. This energetic duo and their knowledge of complex projects expand the firm’s healthcare expertise and leads Taylor into the science market.
Hinrichs brings to Taylor his leadership in all aspects of building planning, design and construction for healthcare and science clients. His proven background is supported by his effective delivery of award-winning designs of high-profile, highly technical projects at major institutions.
Peabody’s leadership in complex projects in science and high-tech healthcare continues in his new role at Taylor. His principle involvement in a variety of projects includes major research facilities, and gives Peabody keen insight into the complex integration of architecture, strategy, equipment and building systems.
Having worked together over the past decade, Hinrichs and Peabody have directed over 60 projects valued at $300 million. They have actively participated in the Lean community and are widely recognized for improving project delivery methods through Integrated Project Delivery, Design-Build and Building Information Modeling. With their demonstrated project experience, Hinrichs and Peabody are a great addition to the leadership at Taylor and the San Francisco office.
