    Stevens Construction Inc. Adds Healthcare Construction Experts to Tampa Team

    AlStonys rtTAMPA, Fla. — Stevens Construction has expanded its Tampa operations with the addition of three new team members: Al Stonys and Duane Oskey as superintendents and Alex Hunt-Branch as project manager.

    Stonys joins the company with 10 years of healthcare construction experience completing such projects as an $8 million expansion to Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Fla. and a four-story ambulatory surgery center for Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Fla.

    DuaneOksey rtOskey has completed more than $71 million in healthcare construction, completing work at five hospital campuses within the Tampa vicinity.

    As superintendents, Stonys and Oskey are responsible for managing the onsite operations of healthcare projects situated in the Tampa area, ensuring budget and schedule goals are met, while maintaining the company’s high safety standards.

    AlexHuntBranch rtHunt-Branch has completed more than $60 million in healthcare projects throughout Florida, including a tower vertical expansion at Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, Fla. and a 36-bed build-out for JFK Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla. A LEED Accredited Professional, Hunt-Branch earned his Bachelor of Science in building construction from the University of Florida. As project manager, he will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of healthcare projects in Tampa.

    Stevens Construction is underway with a multi-phase revitalization of 202,732-square-feet of exterior vertical wall surface at the Florida Hospital Tampa, as well as an interior renovation of the entire fifth floor at Florida Hospital Carrollwood.
