BALTIMORE, Md. — Jeffrey Nicholas has been named director of project development for the north region of Heery International.
In his new position, he will lend his healthcare and higher education experience to project delivery and business development activities. His background includes leading projects as an owner’s program manager, construction manager and design/build developer for many institutions. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than $2 billion in construction projects and more than $3 billion in master planning assignments.
Prior to joining Heery, Nicholas managed capital and project teams in the execution of real-estate solutions for major northeastern healthcare organizations such as the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Johns Hopkins Medical Management and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Nicholas received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut.
