Jim_EatonJACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Haskell has hired Jim Eaton as vice president – healthcare division leader. In his role, Eaton is responsible for the oversight and expansion of the growing services the firm has developed in order to meet the needs of the changing healthcare marketplace. His nearly 20-year commitment to healthcare has resulted in recognition as a pioneer in the industry.

“Jim possesses a unique combination of experience and education in healthcare facility design and construction along with extraordinary business acumen and vision for the future of the healthcare industry and how the built environment can enhance the efficiency and productivity of healthcare providers while producing a more favorable patient experience,” said Paul Tyler, president of Haskell’s Commercial Group. “He brings a true, demonstrated customer-centered approach to healthcare facility improvement and I am confident that he is the right person to lead our team of healthcare design, construction and strategic business planning professionals to create and deliver the best healthcare facilities in the world.”

Eaton is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned a master’s degree in both Architecture and Civil Engineering Construction Management, and has been an industry veteran in the delivery of healthcare facilities for two decades.

“The demands on healthcare providers are changing like never before. How and where they provide care will be different in the new normal,” said Eaton, “To be a real solutions provider, we must be more innovative than ever to step up to the plate and help providers operate more efficiently, reduce costs and increase the quality of patient outcomes.”
