ChristoffMINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — HGA Architects and Engineers hired Steve A. Christoff as an associate vice president and principal in the Minneapolis office. He will focus on business development and leading project teams for HGA’s Healthcare Practice Group.

“Steve engages with hospital leadership and the entire project team, bringing perspective and focus to the design efforts,” said Dan Rectenwald, AIA, vice president and principal of the Healthcare Practice Group in Minneapolis. “His energy, interest in developing shared goals and passion for collaboration result in successful projects. He has a reputation for understanding clients’ needs while leading teams to innovative solutions. “I collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align team talents and develop processes that maximize business return on facility investment,” Christoff said. “I first focus on the clients’ culture and values.”

Christoff previously was with HGA as a medical planner and project architect in healthcare between 1999 and 2005. He has since worked as a business developer, medical planner and manager for several Twin Cities architecture firms.
