ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Christ Hospital will open a new Outpatient Center in Anderson Township. The 35,000-square-foot center is scheduled to open in May 2011 and will employ approximately 80-100 people.
“We are pleased to extend the services of The Christ Hospital into the communities we serve, such as those in the eastern portions of Greater Cincinnati,” said Vic DiPilla, chief business development officer at The Christ Hospital. “Our goal is to make it even easier and more convenient for patients to access the advanced, expert services of The Christ Hospital.”
The center will include several physician practices in the specialties of cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and family medicine. It will also offer physical and occupational therapy, laboratory services and diagnostic/testing services, such as digital X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, vascular screening and others.
Construction of the facility will follow Green Guide for Health Care standards. As the site is prepared for construction, recyclable and reusable materials are being diverted from landfills. The final design will incorporate the use of energy-efficient systems and natural light to reduce energy consumption.
