RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — April 26 — KLMK Group, LLC, a leading provider of client advisory services to healthcare owners, is expanding its presence in the Southwest. Adam Delk, Principal Consultant, has joined the team and will be based in Houston, Texas.  Last August, KLMK opened an office in Dallas in order to explore additional business opportunities and expand its national footprint. Patrick McKeen, who was recently promoted to Principal Consultant, will be relocating to Dallas to head up the development of that office and oversee key relationships in that area.

“We are extremely excited that Adam is joining the team and are confident that with his talent and experience we will make an immediate impact on the market.  With Patrick relocating to Dallas and Adam located in Houston, we believe we will have personnel strategically located to better serve the region.” stated Bill McMahon, President and COO.

With over 10 years of experience in facility operations, finance and project management, Delk is focused on contracting, financing, scheduling, negotiations, team development and administration. Prior to joining KLMK, Delk served as President of Delk Construction Management Services and brings flexibility and a diverse background to the KLMK team. Delk earned a Bachelor Degree in Building Science and Business from Auburn University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

“Healthcare leaders are struggling to manage all of the dynamics of this current market and KLMK provides realistic solutions to assist them through this turbulent time. I am looking forward to integrating my experience and knowledge with KLMK’s innovative service offerings to provide clients in the Southwest with comprehensive solutions to meet their facility needs,” Delk stated.

A 13 year veteran in healthcare consulting and construction, Patrick McKeen joined KLMK in 2008 and has served the southeastern region for the past two and half years from Atlanta. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, McKeen has worked with clients such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Currently, Patrick is responsible for overseeing multiple projects at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and will be relocating to Texas within the next few months.
