KLMK Group, LLC was recently awarded a contract with Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania to provide Client Advisory Services for the first phase of their new hospital.
Memorial Hospital has purchased land at the former 127-acre Hawk Lake Golf Club to build a new healthcare campus to meet the growing needs of patients in York and the surrounding communities. The new campus will include a full service acute care replacement facility. The property allows for future construction and expansion of additional outpatient and ancillary buildings.

In addition to site review, KLMK will be conducting a Strategic Project Launch Readiness Assessment (SPLRA) to support the management team, aid in the development of the Implementation Plan for the new campus, and ensure that the corporate vision is implemented successfully.
