The Neenan Company Breaks Ground on Oceano Health Clinic

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Neenan Company has recently broken ground on Community Health Centers of the Central Coast’s Oceano Clinic in Oceano, California. The new facility will serve the growing population of patients covered under the healthcare law, as well as provide much-needed care for the community’s medically underserved.

As the Design-Build partner for the project, The Neenan Company is building the 13,300-square-foot community health center. The project, essential for the overall health and wellness of the community, will provide primary care, pediatrics, dental and medical dispensary services.

With an anticipated completion in the spring of 2017, the Oceano clinic will be designed with a patient-centered approach, delivering a welcome atrium, 68 parking spaces, staff lounge, shared physician lounge and community room, in addition to the service spaces.

The project marks The Neenan Company’s fourth with Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, with a fifth facility under design.
